Studio Policies and Lesson Agreement

Lessons are available in 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute formats and can be scheduled weekly or biweekly. Online and in-person lessons are both available.

Tuition may be paid weekly, biweekly, or monthly—whichever works best for you! All payments are due before the first lesson of each pay period. Payment methods will be discussed during registration.

Life happens! If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Lessons canceled with proper notice may be rescheduled at the instructor’s discretion.
No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Please aim to arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If no communication has been made within that time, the lesson will be considered a no-show. In this case, the full lesson fee still applies and a $15 late fee may be charged.

That said, I understand emergencies happen—please just keep me in the loop!

To get the most out of your lessons, consistent at-home practice is expected. Students should bring:

• Water

• Any assigned music (provided by the student or instructor)

• A recording device (optional but helpful)
  
  

All sheet music should be provided in physical or PDF format. Once repertoire is chosen, a PDF must be sent to both the student and instructor if music is not printed.

This is a studio built on kindness, respect, and encouragement. Please come ready to learn in a space that is welcoming and supportive to everyone. Open communication and a positive attitude are key!

If you need to pause or stop lessons for any reason, please provide at least three weeks' notice so I can adjust the schedule accordingly. You’re always welcome back!

A parent or guardian must review and sign this agreement. Please be involved and encouraging - your support makes a huge difference in a student's progress and confidence!
